The Billerica Scholarship Foundation is proud to participate in the Billerica Holiday Festival of Lights by contributing a fully decorated tree to be raffled at the Billerica Public Library.
The Billerica Holiday Festival raises funds for the lighting display on the Town Common. The Festival runs from mid-November to mid-December in the Billerica Public Library. You can stroll through the library to view a large display of holiday items such as trees, baskets, etc. All items are donated by the businesses, organizations, schools and families of the Billerica community. Raffle tickets are available at the Library for purchase.
